Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Eve-Tech is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As an Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 3. Assist customers with order processing, cancellations, and returns. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary. 5. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, deals, and discounts. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Monitor chat queues and ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Strong leadership and people management skills. 3. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. 6. Prior experience with online chat systems is preferred. 7. Familiarity with CRM software and helpdesk applications. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
