Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Marimekko is seeking a part-time Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in online marketing. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, possess strong teamwork skills, and demonstrate critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain customers - Analyze data and metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing - Assist with the creation of promotional materials and campaigns - Contribute to the development of marketing plans and budgets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 3+ years of experience in online marketing - Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and independently - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Experience with SEO, PPC, and email marketing is a plus
