Remote Support Associate

Olvi, a leading beverage company in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join their team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, resourceful, and possess strong strategic planning skills along with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers and clients via phone, email, or chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues 4. Document all support interactions and solutions in a detailed manner 5. Assist with maintaining knowledge base and support documentation 6. Contribute to team meetings and provide input on process improvement initiatives

Requirements: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
