Remote Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

Optomed is seeking a part-time Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a virtual assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing emails, schedules, and appointments for team members - Handling phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner - Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, documents, and presentations - Assisting with project management tasks as needed - Conducting research and gathering information for various projects - Drafting and proofreading documents and correspondence - Providing excellent customer service to clients and partners - Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required by the team

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role - Independent and dedicated work ethic - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
