Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

Curious AI, a cutting-edge artificial intelligence company based in Helsinki, is seeking a passionate and driven Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to team members, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements. 2. Conduct research and compile necessary information for various projects and initiatives. 3. Assist in the coordination and organization of events, both internal and external. 4. Help maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and other tools used by the company. 5. Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, clients, and partners. 6. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables. 7. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. 8. Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong project management skills and ability to make informed decisions. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications. 5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. 6. High attention to detail and organizational skills. 7. Passion for technology and artificial intelligence. 8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 9. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
