Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Smartly.io is seeking a proactive and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our remote team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time position ideal for entry-level individuals with no prior experience required.

As a Web Chat Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing excellent customer support through web chat to assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have - Ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating as needed - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times - Adhering to company policies and procedures
