This dynamic team comprises several branches, including the HR team consisting of the VP of People, two HR Business Partners (HRBP), and one HR Operations specialist. As well as, a 5-people Talent Acquisition team, and an Office Manager. Role and Missions - What you will do As an HR Apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team across various administrative tasks and projects. Your focus areas will include: Admin: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to handling contracts, payroll, onboarding materials, and management of paid leave. Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns using internal tools. Support in maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases. Analytics: Prepare HR reports and analytics as required, including engagement and onboarding metrics. Conduct benchmarking exercises and assessments related to HR processes and benefits. Initiatives: Contribute actively to our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) committee initiative. Participate in various HR projects such as Alumni network establishment, Buddy Program implementation, and Onboarding process enhancements. Aid in the implementation and upkeep of employee policies and procedures. Learning & Development: Research and explore new training options tailored to the needs of different teams. Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees. Help in tracking employee training evaluations and maintain oversight of the training budget. Requirements Preferred Experience—What's your profile If you recognize yourself in the following description, you're the one! Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Human Resources. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French is a must. Professional Experience: Prior internship experience in Human Resources would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong attention to detail, and advanced organizational, and time management skills. Passionate about people, process improvement, and the startup environment. Admin Topics: Preferred Starting Date: Preferably from July onwards. Preferred Rhythm: 3-week on-site and 1-week at-school schedule, open to considering other arrangements. Starting with a 1-year contract, with the potential for extension to a 2-year based on the candidate's performance.
