With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to be part of our dynamic team.    Your mission:     Launching a brand-new product together with our R&D team and actively gathering feedback from the video game community to improve its functionality; Establishing an affiliate program for the product from the ground up and taking full ownership of it;  Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with bloggers, streamers, and opinion makers in the video game industry to promote the product across various channels, utilizing your extensive network of contacts to maximize our market outreach;  Proactively sourcing potential partners and effectively closing sales;  Serving as the main point of contact for affiliate inquiries and support;  Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements, overseeing monthly validations on affiliate commissions;  Monitoring conversion funnels, analyzing campaign performance, and suggesting improvements;   Keeping up with the latest trends in affiliate and influencer marketing;  And finally, potentially growing your own dream team.  The product you'll be mainly working with:     A handy solution for streamers that makes collecting donations easy both during and outside of streams. It boosts income by offering additional monetization avenues and requires no time-consuming setup. Key benefits include automatic setup tailored to each streamer and our team's extensive expertise in payment processing. Our goal is to simplify the technical side so streamers can focus on their craft. Please note that our main focus right now is the video game industry, not iGaming.   What are your skills and experience?     2+ years of experience in a similar position and an established network of influencers in the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria and/or the Baltic countries;   Experience working with KOL traffic on streaming services (we’d like to see projects with streamers collecting donations on Twitch and similar platforms);   Skills in business development, closing deals and sales;  An ability to quickly grasp the concepts behind various technical products and communicate them to new prospects;  Understanding of and experience working with affiliate tracking platforms;  Proactivity and a strong sense of ownership: you’ll be establishing and further developing an affiliate program from scratch;  Strong organizational skills paired with leadership, and an interest in potentially recruiting and developing your own team;  Exceptional communication skills;  Experience working in the FinTech industry and marketing FinTech products would be an additional advantage.    What do we offer?     100% Remote.
