Along the order-to-cash process, we are passionate about keeping master data up to date along the supply chain, weighing potential credit risks, and thus executing payments on time. The Regional Treasury EMEA department is responsible for the Treasury and Cash Management activity of BASF entities in the EMEA region. The activities are divided into Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office teams. Within our Back Office you will be responsible for the subject-specific leadership of the team and ensure operational provision of services, taking the optimum utilization of resources into account. In this role, you coordinate the team responsible for the proper accounting of FX and Money Market transactions, as well as the Netting Center. You will ensure the effective and efficient execution of all payments across EMEA in FSCM and support with technical topics, such a s customizing and Autobank set up. You will work closely with the colleagues providing periodical reports to the Central Banks across EMEA, improving the reporting process and acting as referent during audits. In addition, you assure that all the services under your responsibility are compliant with the global Treasury guidelines and in accordance with the defined strategy. By sharing know-how and best practices within the regions and other HUBs, you proactively participate and develop the global finance communities. several years of experience in Finance; Treasury and/or Cash Management in particular practical experience in leadership and coordination roles excellent communication skills in English in order to convincingly convey complex interrelationships to stakeholders within BASF and to build stable relationships; German language skills are a plus profound user skills in SAP R/3 strong drive for innovation and automatization of processes open and motivating way of approaching your team and a distinct feedback mindset In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance. 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
