Job Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repairs for railway equipment.

• Adhere to company procedures, protocols, and safety policies.

• Conduct training for maintenance teams and colleagues as needed.

• Work under a flexible schedule, with approximately 50% scheduled deployments and quick response to emergencies.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.

• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.

• Produce accurate job reports and track work progression.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified in electrical, industrial mechanics, or mechatronics.

• Proficiency in copper pipe welding.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluency in German and English required, French or Dutch proficiency is a plus.

• Proactive and able to work independently or in a team.

• Physically fit and capable of working with heavy equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Background in customer service within the railway industry.

• Hands-on experience with on-site maintenance.

• Availability for irregular shifts, including evenings and weekends.
