German Administrative Assistant

Our client is a Global Leader in fund services, asset services and corporate governance that is looking to hire Admin Assistant to join their growing team in Frankfurt.

Your Role:

• Handling of day-to-day basic administration work related to clients closely collaborating with the senior team in Frankfurt
• Providing administrative and analytical support directly to the Managing Directors, Directors and Senior VP’s.
• Design, set-up and handle day-to-day workflows and the office administrations
• Prioritize and redirect mail and telephone calls as appropriate
• Assist MD and senior staff in monthly performance review
• Book all travel arrangements and complete expense reports

About You:

• You have at least 1 years’ of previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role within a Finance environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• You have a college diploma and/or university degree or educational certificate
• You speak and write in English and German fluently
• Strong oral and written business communication skills
