Role: Marketing Executive Location: Berlin Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 My client is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to thrive in their vibrant team. They are a prestigious marketing agency that partners with influential companies within multiple industries, and they are now on the lookout for an individual who has previously worked in a Digital Marketing Position. Responsibilities: You will play a pivotal part in developing marketing strategies by being given the freedom to push innovative ideas which follow the company's vision. Your day-to-day will consist of working closely with highly experienced marketers to drive growth and increase brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include: Develop marketing campaigns that align with the company's mission statement. Conducting market research targeting various competitors to identify trends and opportunities. Manage and analyse digital marketing efforts on multiple platforms using analytic tools. Using creativity and innovation to create compelling content. Conversing with multiple departments to ensure marketing initiatives resonate with all departments and align with the company's mission statement. Analyse and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Key Skills Minimum 2 years of commercial experience within a marketing role. Experience with social media advertising, email marketing, Google ads and marketing automation platforms. Strong copywriting using a variety of formats and tones. Strong organisational and reporting skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. A passion for creativity with an ability to portray this in a variety of different ways.
