Your main tasks include continuous development and optimization as well as conceptual design and change management for all transferee compensation topics. You define and manage the implementation of technical requirements into work processes to external vendors and IT tools. Apart from that you steer and lead the annual merit increase and bonus round for all regional mobility centers.
