• Drive business growth by identifying clients and market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
• Understand client needs and offer strategic, end-to-end logistics solutions
• Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals
• Represent the company at industry events to expand brand presence and network
• Work cross-functionally to ensure service excellence and long-term client satisfaction
• Provide market and client insights to support continuous improvement and innovation

• Proven experience in sea freight sales, ideally on Asia–Europe trade lanes
• Strong track record in customer acquisition and management of own client portfolio
• Existing customer network in freight forwarding/logistics is a strong advantage
• Confident in end-to-end sales processes (acquisition, negotiation, closing)
• Fluent in English for business communication
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer development skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Confident in engaging and managing B2B clients
