For a company, located in Ismaning, we are looking for you as a “Technical Trainer (m/w/d)”. Tasks: Be responsible for the implementation of the regional training strategy Continuously improve training programs within your area of expertise Play an important role in developing training material Transfer the knowledge in various ways towards our OEMs, Dealers and to some extent our Service Market employees You’ll primarily travel within Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia in this role Profile: Technical education or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience Experience as a service engineer, technician, or as a mechanic and are passionate about empowering others with your knowledge Outgoing as a person Teaching skills Communication skills Presentation, Planing & Coaching skills Strong supporter of digitalization Fluent in German and English Action minded, fast paced with a passion for customer success Workshop experience Eager to learn and share your knowledge Other information: About 1 to 1,5 weeks of travel per month 2 homeoffice days possible 13th month salary Very good training opportunities
