Key Responsibilities: Manage complex bidding processes for offshore wind turbine supply to international projects until contract signature. Lead and mentor your sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and foster a collaborative environment. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process for technical and commercial topics related to wind turbine generator (WTG) supply and service. Represent the entire product portfolio, including solar, hydrogen, and storage solutions. Ensure thorough understanding of customer requirements and define winning sales strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for bid preparation, client meetings, and contract negotiations. Prepare and compile proposal packages. Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the offshore wind industry. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes, commercial concepts, and sales documents. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the wind industry, ideally offshore. Proficient in technical aspects of large-scale renewable projects. Experience in sales processes and contract negotiations. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving renewable energy technologies. Ability to translate project requirements into contractual terms. Fluent in German and English (verbally and in writing).
