Field Clinical Specialist

ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of its client, a global Medical Technology leader, is seeking a  Field Clinical Specialist .

What you will do:

• Provide primary clinical support for case/implant coverage, troubleshooting, and development of the Rhythmia 3D mapping system, Single Shot consoles and catheters
• Educate customers and internal employees on the clinical usage of the company's technologies
• Attend hospital lab cases for support and development efforts
• Offer initial and ongoing training and feedback to the development team and sales representatives on products, features, and procedures
• Meet with clients to identify their clinical needs and demonstrate how the company's products can help them achieve their goals
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to facilitate future sales
• Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Medical Equipment Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, etc.)
• Basic conceptual and technical knowledge of theories, practices and procedures
• Very good level in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel extensively, as you will be visiting daily various healthcare facilities
• Ability to work flexible hours
