Golf Membership Administrator

VACANCY: GOLF MEMBERSHIP ADMINISTRATOR Aphrodite Hills Resort, Europe’s multi-awarded destination and one of the must-visit resorts in the world, is looking for a candidate to join the Golf Team. If your qualifications and abilities match below points, JOIN US. Key Duties/Responsibilities

• To liaise with the actual and potential members of Aphrodite Hills Golf Club
• To provide detailed information about the types of Golf membership available at AH to all the persons and companies interested.
• To contact new property owners to inform them about the AHG Membership system.
• To contact all the members whose membership are up for renewal, following procedure in place.
• To follow procedure in place for new members and renewal.
• To liaise with the Golf Events and Tournaments Administrator for the events calendar for all members' events.
• To keep the membership module and excel file up to date.
• To make sure all membership folders are up to date.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Greek and Russian would also be beneficial.
• Some knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.
• Strong skills involving problem solving.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Some knowledge of Golf would be considered an advantage.
• Strong ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule.
