GEK TERNA GROUP of companies, is currently seeking for a:

Junior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

  • Provides operational HR support to managers and employees to ensure efficient and full employee life-cycle management
  • Attracts and retains top talents and improves employee engagement and productivity
  • Collaborates with department heads to gain a deep understanding of their objectives and HR needs
  • Ensures compliance with HR policies, procedures and relevant laws and regulations
  • Offers advisory support to departmental management on various HR topics, including development programs, performance assessments, conflict resolution and more
  • Actively participates in the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for new personnel
  • Identifies, addresses and resolves workplace challenges and conflicts while adhering to legal requirements and HR procedures

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment laws
  • Proficiency in HRMS software, with the ability to effectively leverage these tools
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Analytical thinking, decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving work environment
