Requirements

Working as a Luxury Product Customer Service Representative (German Speaking), You Have:German/English Bilingual is a mustHigh school diploma (or equivalent)6 months – 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environmentCall center experience (strong asset)Effective communication skillsPassion for luxury products and a commitment to delivering white glove service
