Role Description:
As a Norwegian Customer Support Representative in E-commerce, your daily tasks will revolve around supporting and assisting our valued customers. This includes troubleshooting and resolving queries, providing product information and guidance, responding to customer feedback, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers primarily through phone calls, emails, and live chat. The role also involves keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. You will be expected to work remotely from home in Athens.
