Procurement Specialist

Manifest is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for construction projects, ensuring that all necessary materials, equipment, and services are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role requires a strong understanding of construction projects and the ability to negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms and prices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for construction projects from start to finish
• Identify and select qualified suppliers based on project requirements
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to determine procurement needs
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist in the construction industry
• Good knowledge of the Greek Market
• Strong understanding of construction projects and materials
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and evaluate supplier proposals
• Proficient in procurement software and MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
