Job Description - Real Estate Sales Administrator

Our team consists of seasoned Finance and Real Estate professionals dedicated in identifying opportunities aligned with the Company’s mission in the local market and beyond. We are currently looking to hire an experienced and responsible individual to assume the role of Real Estate Sales Administrator!

Job Description:

  • Provide general administrative support to clients: handle contracts, discuss contract terms, assist with paperwork and documents related to mortgages or loans when needed, collect and manage incoming invoices and liaise with accounting for payment execution.
  • Schedule appointments with clients and answer to their questions.
  • Assist with purchasing; liaise with suppliers and get offers for tiles, sanitary items, and other construction items for the accomplishment of the construction project.
  • Keep informed the client about the available budget and inform immediately when there is an excess.
  • Keep informed the clients about complementary/optional features.
  • Speak directly with the assigned sub- contractors, such electricians, carpenters, plumbers and ensure that they apply client’s requests.
  • Monitor and report the progress of the construction projects, keep always the client informed.
  • Assist the Property Management Coordinator with the maintenance of the commercial and residential properties.
  • Be in contact with the tenants and respond to any queries may have from time to time related to residential or commercial properties.
  • Responsible for any other ad-hoc administrative tasks from time to time.

Qualifications Required:

  • At least 2 years’ proven relevant experience in the real estate/property management industry is a must .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Greek & English. Fluency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and use of technology.
  • Responsible, transparent and well-organised.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, with good initiative and minimal supervision.
