German Speaking Customer Success Coordinator

Role Description

Calling all German speakers! We're on the hunt for a German Speaking Customer Success Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our company to our German speaking customers. You'll help answer any questions they might have, troubleshoot problems, and make sure they're getting the most out of our services. Plus, you'll get to do all this from the comfort of your own home in the vibrant city of Athens!

Requirements

• Must be fluent in German (written and spoken)
• Must have a valid European Union passport
• Entry-level - no prior experience necessary
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
