Job Description - Sales Accounts Manager

We are looking for a talented professional to support our sales team and for developing long-term relationship with MCOMS customers. This is a great opportunity in a multinational company that develops advance software solutions as well as content and support services for hospitality and has already an impressive global customer base.

You will report to the Commercial Director and will cooperate with all departments in order to manage efficiently customer accounts and provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth sales procedures.

In this role, you should be well-organized and adaptable. Attention to detail and communication skills are both essential. Your goal will be to ensure that we provide excellent service to our customers and accurate records and status for every project, building in parallel long term client relationships.

Responsibilities

· Handle contracts, Service Level Agreements and their renewal

· Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met

· Preparing, maintaining and retrieving sales and client related documents in MCOMS CRM and ERP

· Develop long term relationship with customers

· Manage invoices, contracts and after-sales requests

· Address payment issues

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

· Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and relevant problems

· Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

· Liaise with our internal teams to ensure proper after-sales service

· Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams

· Submit regular status reports

· Respond to customer after sales requests

Requirements

· Proven work experience as Account Manager, Account Officer or similar role

· Experience in contract management

· Working experience in software development and IT companies will be highly appreciated

· Hands-on experience with CRM solutions

· Hands-on experience with ERP solutions

· Proficient in MS Office

· Excellent communication in English (oral and written)

· Attention to detail

· Outstanding organizational skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance or related field
