Are you passionate about coffee and eager to assist customers in making their perfect cup? Join our team as a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representative for High-End Coffee Machines! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting assistance. Your daily duties will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. No experience is needed as we offer fully paid training to get you up to speed!

Requirements

• Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID
• Fluent in Slovak
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work from home in Greece if the position is remote
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
