We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives for the prestigious Mercedes-Benz brand. No prior experience is needed as we provide fully paid training to set you up for success. Your daily tasks will include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Providing top-notch customer support and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of Mercedes-Benz products and services to offer accurate information.
• Updating customer accounts and documenting interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
• Fluency in Slovak and a good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Greece.
• Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
