Job Description - Travel Coordinator



Altenar is a provider of sportsbook software and services to licensed gaming operators. Ranging from ‘software-only’ product offers to the provision of a fully managed sports betting platform stack, Altenar offers proven stability coupled with a flexible and personalized service. Our software is developed and operated in-house, whilst being powered by premium quality data feeds.

Job Description



We are currently looking for a Travel Coordinator to assist our Travel Manager. Our employees regularly go on business trips around the world and they need help in organizing the process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking of tickets for all types of transportation, hotels and conference halls, catering services for employees
  • Development of complex itineraries taking into account dates of events, connections and other important parameters
  • Providing necessary travel information, required documents for traveling to a particular country
  • Tracking changes in schedules, booking conditions and other travel related parameters and providing staff with up-to-date information
  • Accompanying the process throughout the travel, resolving force majeure situations, urgent replacement of tickets, hotels
  • Tracking global news in the travel segment to understand emerging restrictions/reliefs in terms of itineraries, visas, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working as a personal assistant / office manager / travel agency specialist
  • Intermediate level of English 
  • Ability to work with Google tables and documents, systematize information
  • Willingness to learn new things quickly, we will actively help in adaptation and share experience
  • Personal experience of traveling abroad and obtaining visas
  • Experience with the following programs: Slack, Confluence, Jira.
