Major Responsibilities:
- To assist in the implementation of some small-scale events.
- To provide assistance in the recruitment and servicing of participants and volunteers, and the sourcing for venues, and cultivate good relationships.
- To provide the administrative and logistics supports such as database management, receipting, souvenir productions, logistics arrangement and briefings for key stakeholders.
- To help maintain proper records and document good practices.
- To perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder, with at least 1 year relevant working experience in events, fundraising, or marketing. Experience in organizing events of large scale would be advantage.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as required.
- Good customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills, detail-oriented, work flexibly and creatively.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing.
