助理籌募主任 Assistant Officer

Major Responsibilities:

• To assist in the implementation of some small-scale events.
• To provide assistance in the recruitment and servicing of participants and volunteers, and the sourcing for venues, and cultivate good relationships.
• To provide the administrative and logistics supports such as database management, receipting, souvenir productions, logistics arrangement and briefings for key stakeholders.
• To help maintain proper records and document good practices.
• To perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with at least 1 year relevant working experience in events, fundraising, or marketing. Experience in organizing events of large scale would be advantage.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as required.
• Good customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills, detail-oriented, work flexibly and creatively.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing.
