Job Description - Accounting & Administration Clerk

Job Duties:

  • Provide clerical support to Accounting and Administration Department;
  • Perform general accounts such as A/P & A/R, voucher preparation and bank reconciliations;
  • Prepare monthly statements and liaise with customers;
  • Perform accounting data entry and maintain filing system;
  • Support month-end closing;
  • Assist in stock take activity;
  • Handle general office administration duties;
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE / Diploma / LCCI Intermediate / related accounting knowledge;
  • Minimum 2 year accounting experience;
  • Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel and Word;
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage;
  • Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and a good team player;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

 

Working Location: Kwai Chung
