Advertising Backend Development Engineer

Responsibilities

We are responsible for establishing secure and trusted connections between hundreds of millions of active users and the company's commercial products (advertising, e-commerce, live streaming, etc.). We build a high-concurrency, high-reliability audit and risk control system to perceive and handle risks in commercial products in real time build end-to-end deep learning models and machine learning systems to understand the content of commercial products and automate the audit of tens of millions of products and build the company's next-generation risk control engine and anti-cheating system by calculating the full-link data of commercial products. 1. Responsible for the content security and risk control capabilities of ByteDance's commercial-related product lines 2. Responsible for the design and implementation of a general audit flow framework, covering hundreds of millions of materials per day 3. Responsible for the construction and optimization of tools related to commercial content security, including but not limited to: rule engines, policy platforms, workflows, efficiency platform tools, etc.

Qualifications

1. Good coding skills, solid data structure and algorithm skills 2. Special focus on scalability, stability, performance, and quality. Experience in high-availability and high-performance Web practices is preferred 3. Programming language is not limited. Experience in Golang or Python is preferred 4. Good product awareness, focus on data, and willing to use product effects as the most important driving factor for work. Priority will be given to those with advertising-related fields 5. Experience and ability in rapid troubleshooting of production systems 6. Bonus points: Background in content security platform or rule engine.
