  • Job responsibilities:

  • Job Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for handling, analyzing, and resolving abnormalities at the product manufacturing site to ensure normal and smooth production operation
    2. Responsible for efficiency improvement, production line balance, yield and Cost improvement
    3. Responsible for continuous improvement of process capabilities, layout optimization, operation with reasonable labor and material costs, and ensuring lean production

  • Job requirements:

  • Job requirements:
    1. Bachelor degree, major in science and engineering such as mechanics/electrical/electronics
    2. More than 3 years of product development and process development in large electronics manufacturers, Work experience in product mass production management, on-site quality improvement, etc.
    3. Understand process abnormality handling procedures, familiar with report writing ideas and excellent reporting skills
    4. Have basic knowledge of statistics and Six Sigma
    5. Cheerful personality, smooth communication, strong ability to withstand pressure and execution ability.
