Assistant Executive, Sales Operations

Job Description We are looking for an Assistant Executive, Sales Operations to be part of our dynamic team. To complement Sales to manage key account, support Order-to-Cash (O2C) fulfilment and handle daily delivery and installation operations. High demand on cross functional collaboration and sales analytical to achieve business targets.

 

THE JOB

• Collaborate with sales team to provide supports on key accounts with accountability mind set
• Assist in handling full sets of documents including sales orders, inspection, delivery, installation and invoicing in daily operations
• Coordinate with supply chain team and service partners to ensure smooth operations of delivery and installation
• Assist on receivable and money collection
• Handle customers enquiries, complaints and follow up with solutions
• To assist Manager for assigned project and task, as a Sales partner to delivering innovative solutions.

THE PERSON

• Higher Diploma holder in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operation Management or related discipline with at least 3 years of experience. Less experience are also welcome
• Experience in Retail operations is an advantage
• Self-motivated, keen on learning and change
• Handle multi-tasks independently
• Able to work as a team with open mindset
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, not a must.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
