Assistant HR & Administration Manager

Job Duties:

• Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions of Hong Kong office (incl. payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, attendance, personnel database, company policies etc.)
• Provide all round office Administration functions (incl. insurance, office maintenance etc.)
• Involve in reviewing and reporting on group manufacturing facilities’ headcount/salary
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• With at least 5-7 years’ relevant experience
• Exposure in MNC/manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
