Job description

Responsibilities

Manage and drive the complete end-to-end process for integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches

Implement a range of marketing activities to establish the brand's presence, increase traffic to the online platform, and nurture lead generation

Oversee the production house, creative agency, and social media teams to ensure all campaign-related projects are completed according to the specified brief, on schedule, and within the allocated budget, with a emphasis on digital, ATL, and BTL tactics to drive the overall campaign

Drive the content strategy by creating compelling content and closely monitoring its performance to enable continuous optimization

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising, email, and content marketing, aligning them to the goals of individual projects

Requirements

Bachlor's degree in relevant disiplines

5 or more years of working experience in branding or digital marketing

Insurance experience is a must

Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
