Requirement:
Level 4 /Grade D or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE
At least three (3) years full-time working experience in customer service/venue operation/building management field
Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferred
Experience in construction project coordination/management is an advantage.must to possess solid working experience in negotiation and liaison with government department representatives
Good knowledge in computer applications including Chinese character input and MSO
Job Description:
To assist in co-ordination of construction and building works projects,
To identify problem/risk areas in future management and recommend improvement/contingency plans
To oversee daily operations of the Museum's activities and scheduling repairs and to seek advice and approval from relevant government departments
To monitor on-site work progress of various building, maintenance and construction projects
To assist in sourcing suppliers and preparing specifications
To perform other duties assigned by senior officers
