Job Description - Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Exciting new QS vacancy in Hong Kong! This is an excellent opportunity for slightly less experienced Quantity Surveyors who want to work on exciting civil and building projects.

Project Details

You will be site based and will report to the Commercial Manager for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Re-measurement
  • Variations
  • Contract administration
  • Cost control
  • Claims
  • Managing sub-contractors

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1-3 years' + relevant experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Fluent English and excellent writing skills.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
