Role Description:

• Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow
• Preparation of tender documentation
• Tendering process and tender evaluation
• Post-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
• Finalization of project final accounts

  • Cost Manager for Project Team of Commercial Sector focusing on Workplace and Retail projects for a renowned Bank Client
  • On-Site Quantity Surveyor to Assistant Team Leader at Airport Area
• Available Roles at Macau Office: 
  • Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Team Leader for Project Team
  • Assistant Team Leader to Senior Team Leader for E&M projects

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Candidates with 0.5 to 15 years of working experience in QS are preferred
• With technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
• Candidates with pre-contract experience and consultancy background will have advantage
• Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
• Able to work as a team player
• Candidate with HKIS or RICS qualification will be consider for Assistant Team Leader or above
• Ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written English
• Ability to communicate clearly in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
• Welcome IANG Visa / Support Work Visa
