We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice.Job DescriptionAssist the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contract Manager in contract managementResponsible to manage pre and post contracts.Set up and maintain clear cost plan for projectsAttend key Client’s team meeting and advise on commercial mattersAdvise on opportunities for value engineering and cost savings when possibleProvide commercial reports to ClientReview and assess variation claimsEnsure that deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/savedQualificationsDiploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering or equivalent0~8 years or above Quantity Surveyor experience Candidates with more experience can be considered as Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity SurveyorMEP QS is also welcomeExcellent communication skillProficient in English languages both written and verbalProficient in MS Office applicationsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
