Handle customers’ enquiries, quotations and orders
Prepare regular reports for management
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
F. 5 / DSE or above
At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in customer service, solid working experience in Logistics or Construction Company is an advantage.
Proactive & courteous manner in phone answering
Team work and able to work under pressure
Attentive to details, well organized and independent
Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel, Chinese word processing

中五或DSE或以上程度﹔
至少一至兩年客戶服務經驗,曾在物流或建築行業工作者優先
投入主動,具有良好的溝通技巧及禮貌地回應客戶的查詢﹔
擁有團隊精神及能獨立處理事情﹔
細心、良好組織及執行能力﹔
熟識電腦操作,包括MS WORD, EXCEL及中文打字。
