Job Description - Clerk (文員)

Responsibilities

  • Handle customers’ enquiries, quotations and orders
  • Prepare regular reports for management
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • F. 5 / DSE or above
  • At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in customer service, solid working experience in Logistics or Construction Company is an advantage.
  • Proactive & courteous manner in phone answering
  • Team work and able to work under pressure
  • Attentive to details, well organized and independent
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel, Chinese word processing

職責:

  • 負責接聽客戶電話、處理報價及跟進落單進度﹔
  • 處理報表給管理層;
  • 提供行政及業務上的支援給營業部組員﹔
  • 跟進主管安排的工作

職位要求﹕

  • 中五或DSE或以上程度﹔
  • 至少一至兩年客戶服務經驗,曾在物流或建築行業工作者優先
  • 投入主動,具有良好的溝通技巧及禮貌地回應客戶的查詢﹔
  • 擁有團隊精神及能獨立處理事情﹔
  • 細心、良好組織及執行能力﹔
  • 熟識電腦操作,包括MS WORD, EXCEL及中文打字。
