Job Description - Clinic Receptionist

Job Description

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties
  • Receiving incoming calls and handling telephone enquires
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Greeting and receiving patients
  • Handle payment by cash, credit card, cheque etc
  • Handle other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Secondary graduate or above
  • Detailed-minded, well organized, hardworking and responsible
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adequate command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
