Costing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire tender process and ensure on-time submission
• Work close with project teams in define tender strategy, develop the pricing and technical proposals
• Cost planning, cost control and central procurement implementation
• Prepare tender budget, cost estimation, quotations for new opportunities
• Assist project team in managing contractual and commercial issues for projects
• Conduct business analysis for the Company with the project team
• Liaise with various Departments in respect of the contract administration, audit, compliance, financial matters etc.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines
• 10 years' relevant experience in quantity surveying, project management or contract administration
• Experience in contract administration, claims preparation, with commercial and legal/arbitration knowledge, familiar with various forms of conditions of contracts, cost control, planning and strategic management
• Experience in project support or engineering/construction industry is a must
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), both spoken and written
• Proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage
• Pleasant and self-driven, committed, organized and detail-minded
• Excellent communication skills, attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-pace environment
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Costing Manager
