Job Description - Customer Operations Department

Responsible for the operational delivery of various projects within the Taobao business domain undertaken by cloud customer service resources, covering: 1. Business docking: In combination with business needs, collaborate with resource-related teams to carry out demand focus, access assessment, testing, online preparation, and operational feedback and reverse promotion after landing. 2. Quality operation: Design delivery strategies and landing guarantee mechanisms that are suitable for cloud resources, and be responsible for the rapid implementation and problem follow-up of core business strategies at different stages, and ensure the effective implementation and execution of strategies through process monitoring (business line and team data analysis). 3. Personnel management: Responsible for the operational management of front-line customer service and functional positions, including but not limited to the establishment of functional position operational management system, personnel business empowerment, performance management, business support and follow-up of daily affairs. 4. Capacity accumulation: Combine daily operations to optimize the operational mechanism and product accumulation. 1. Bachelor degree or above, interested in and passionate about service operation management in the customer service field, mathematical statistics, operations research, computer and other related majors are preferred. 2. Data-driven, good at mining opportunities from data and formulating and implementing strategies, proficient in SQL and other data processing skills. 3. Possess fast learning ability, high business sensitivity and coordination ability, can quickly master business knowledge, discover problems and collaborate with relevant parties to solve closed-loop problems. 4. Possess strong product and platform operational awareness, good at regular, scalable and strategic thinking, Didi driver operation, takeaway delivery rider operation and internship experience are preferred.
