Customer Service Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotation documents for inspection, replacing parts, refrigerant leakage test, chemical wash or other construction work within the required time frame
• Communicate with customers regarding the quotation content
• Respond to customer enquiries and requests (via telephone, email, whatsapp and wechat) in a timely manner
• Ad hoc / general duties as assigned by supervisors

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirement:

• Form 5 (HKCEE)/ Form 6 (DSE) graduate or above education level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service field
• Experience in SAP system and salesforce system will be advantage
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Responsible, well-organized and detail-oriented
