Out client, a global high-end lifestyle brand operator, is looking for a Customer Service Executive (renewable contract) to join their operation team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • To take up various posts including operation posts at the workplaces
  • To handle customers’ enquiries & complaints 
  • To provide high quality customer services and value added service 
  • To handle all necessary tasks relating to membership program including cross selling and member recruitment
  • To assist the event promotion and redemption activities
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in any discipline 
  • Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
  • Prior work experience gained in customer service, hospitality, membership, retail brand or property management industry would be an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
