Our client, stable American Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Customer Service Officer Job Responsibilities

- Handle customers’ enquiries through phone calls and email with professional manner

- Coordinate with internal parties in addressing customer requirements

- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

- High Diploma or above

- At least 1 year of work experience in call center / customer service field

- Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese, English Word Processing

- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Immediate available is preferred
