Provide sales and administrative support Work Closely with suppliers/customers Coordinate Quality issues & special requests between customer/supplier

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and administrative support
• Work Closely with suppliers/customers via emails, phone calls and meetings for information exchange
• Coordinate Quality issues and special requests between customers and suppliers
• High quality Customer service

 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or Bachelor degree with 2 years experience in customer service, customer relations or related industry
• Proficiency in the MS Office
• Responsible, independent, self-initiative, systematic and detail-minded
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
• More experience will be considered as Customer Service Manager
