DALLOYAU Retail Area Supervisor will assist the Assistant General Manager to manage and oversee the full spectrum of multi-retail operations of DALLOYAU retail chain and drive sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing multi-retail operations of DALLOYAU
• Motivate the team to achieve sales target
• Train and coach the retail team for upselling skills
• Strengthen retail operational efficiency
• Monitor the sales performance and service quality of the assigned retail outlets
• Propose and devise sales strategies to maximize the retail revenue based on customers’ preferences
• Ensure efficient and effective communication between retail team, food production team and management team
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Area Supervisor in retail operations from FMCG or hospitality industry
• Solid experience in coaching and developing strong retail team
• Passionate in pastry, coffee, chocolate and confectionary
• Proactive, detail-oriented with can-do spirit
• Self-driven, result-oriented, independent, meticulous and analytical
• Strong interpersonal, people management and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
