Design Expert - International Short Video Social/Creation

Responsibilities

Team Introduction: We are looking for designers who have passion and ideas for the internationalization of short video products and full-stack capabilities. You will work, learn and grow in an international corporate environment and culture. You will participate in the full-link process of product design and development, starting from a product idea, exploring and iterating the design, tracking and reviewing the project launch effect, and being responsible for the experience of global users. Job Description: 1. Responsible for the C-end product design of international short video products that affect hundreds of millions of users, including but not limited to: social, shooting and creation tools, search, video consumption, product main framework, design system 2. Based on some initial product ideas, be able to deeply refine the concepts, actively explore design solutions that can meet user needs, and support product innovation 3. In product design iterations, be able to self-drive and cooperate with various collaborative teams, discover needs from data and user surveys, transform them into feasible design solutions and promote implementation 4. Have rich experience in design language and design system construction, can deeply use and experience products, be good at discovering framework design problems, participate in the formulation and maintenance of product design frameworks and specifications, and support long-term and rapid development of products.

Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of experience in C-end Internet product design projects, with mature design system design experience preferred 2. Full-stack product design capabilities, and excellent product and data thinking 3. Strong self-drive and learning ability, focus on sedimentation, summary and review 4. Good communication and collaboration skills, optimistic and positive, able to adapt to a fast pace of work 5. Love product design, maintain curiosity about unknown things, have an international perspective and background, and be able to use English as a working language 6. Bonus points: Web design experience, user research, motion effect skills, data analysis, and understanding of technical implementation.
