Job Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning process from pre-planning meetings to the communication of the finalized plan to senior leadership team, including Finance planning, AOP, StraPlan, etc. Develop timeline and lead series of meetings, workshops, research, insight sessions, etc. to set the foundation for the mid-year and annual strategy planning meetings Organize series of insight sessions and workshops to prepare senior leaders for strategy planning meetings Facilitate/support all planning discussions and partner with external facilitator where appropriate Define business insights and opportunities based on performance review and data analytics and provide solid and well-articulated messages to MBR/QBR and earnings release Work with discipline leaders to pull together the content for monthly and quarterly reports Ensure we have the right storyline, decks are professional quality, content is concise and Support senior leadership team on any executive meetings Support Key executive visiting, meeting planning and document preparation Develop agenda and content for key leadership meetings Partner with senior leadership team to ensure we have the right topics, content, and format for each session Host the meetings ensuring discussions are effective, on-time, and have clear takeaways Support the implementation of strategic projects and decisions Develop the detailed project plans, timeline, and budgets Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership team Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Qualifications:
Over 10 years of progressive experience managing varied Strategy, financial analysis, and project management practices in a large global company with emphasis in retail, consumer product or distribution Prior experience in top management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Big 4 Strategy Consulting) would be beneficial Excellent command of Mandarin and English native level English fluency would be advantageous Excellent analytical skills with hands on experience in quantitative and qualitative market research techniques Strong ability to turn data/facts into insights and winning strategies
